As he grew he helped as much as he was
allowed, storing the “chef” knowledge he accumulated to use after moving to
America. He searched for restaurants serving the authentic Italian food he
remembered but had difficulty finding places matching his memories and
standards. He began cooking for himself and serving the results to friends who
