Projects allows you to generate a specific link to that project and embed it in your job board or paste it into a mass email. You simply create the project and post or send the link. Interested applicants can click on the link, sign themselves up (or sign in with an existing username and password) and be presented with your list of tests specific to the project. You can assign a pass fail system that only reports back to you, the candidates that have reached or surpassed your minimal score requirements.
