I am a professional, award-winning writer and an exceptional editor of both academic and creative work. For the last decade, I've taught courses in Creative Writing, Literature and Honors English at the university level. I've also served at some of the nation's top literary journals, and know how to edit a story not only to engage the reader, but also to engage top editors.
For five dollars, I will workshop/critique your first 500 words. This means I will evaluate your writing for voice, atmosphere, plot and other elements that make writing engaging and successful. Together, we will experience both the joys and the pains of writing. We will stay optimistic.
I also offer my services for written critiques of full stories, essays and poems—one-on-one Skype critiques—critiques of longer works (novels, collections, other)—custom Skype creative writing sessions—writing blog posts related to literature or the writing life—cover letter advice.
