LC Magazine has been a year long project that editor in chief Ericka Sluka has been working on with other partners. LC Magazine stands for Lipstick Chronicles. "When a female or male wears lipstick they are making a BOLD statement! At the time in my life that I fell in love with lipstick, I felt the need to re-identify myself , because I felt I lost my identity. Lipstick represents boldness. The word "Chronicles" came from what was going on in my 30's and a major pivotal point in my life as well as some other friends of mine. So to me, the word "Chronicles" stands for so much more than what happened in year 31, 32, and so on... I believe it represents identity, life stories, mental and spiritual growth, inspirations and healing " says Ericka Sluka, editior in chief.
Lipstick Chronicles (aka LC Mag) is an online magazine to reach all groups of people. It will have stories from real-life people. LC Mag is not celebrity based. It will have stories about dating, marriage and families, overcoming abusive relationships, spirituality, healing, divorce and breakups, living a healthier life, parenting and we will have a section for kids in each issue. There are many other topics that we will focus on! We call LC Magazine the "lifestyles" magazine, which means that it is focused on many lifestyles that we have in the world. The goal of the magazine is to be insprirational and uplifting for both males and females.
